Mr. Hu Zhi Hui, graduated from Guangzhou Maritime College (currently titled Guangzhou Maritime Institute) and majored in navigation, has worked in the position of technician, assistant engineer, economist, engineer, section chief, deputy director, and director after entering Guangzhou Salvage. He has been engaged in the salvage and wreck removal, offshore engineering, offshore towage, insurance and other aspects of offshore business, and also resnponsible for or took charge of more than 100 projects such as salvage projects of “GAZ POEM”, “BEHICE”, “NEFTEGAZ 67”, “J.FRIEND” and “Nan Hai No. 1” and so on. In addition, he has been in charge of a number of large-scale projects in offshore engineering, offshore towage, offshore heavy transport and offshore lifting & installation. When he was working in Guangzhou Salvage, he was in charge of the insurance and salvage business. In April 2012, he joined in Jiangsu Huaxicun Offshore Engineering Service Company Limited and is responsible for marketing and marine insurance and safety. In December 2012, he established the Quest Marine Consultant Company Limited. After years of practice, he has accumulated rich experience in salvage and offshore engineering, but also a National First-class Architect, a senior maritime arbitrator, the distinguished maritime expert by Guangzhou Maritime Court and an insurance adjuster.

Graduated from Marine Engineering department of Wuhan Institute of Water Transportation Engineering, Mr. Chen Zanyuan joined Guangzhou Salvage after graduation in 1991 and worked as an intern, engineer technician, on-site engineer, engineer on board, specialist in commercial section, technical attendant on board &shipping specialist, salvage coordinator, dispatcher etc. successively. Mr. Chen Zanyuan has obtained certificate of engineer and Guangdong provincial registered HSE certificate. In 2012, Mr. Chen Zanyuan joined Quest Marine Consultant Company Limited as deputy General Manager. He has participated in or been in charge of a series of project such as hull modification of 250t floating crane in the charge of technical section of Guangzhou Salvage, technical part of salvage of Singapore-flag oil tanker, on board engineering part of 205t floating crane, salvage project of vessel “Huangpu Xingang”, salvage of ancient shipwreck “Nan Ao No.1”, salvage of aground cargo vessel of Vietnam flag, salvage of wreck “Fangzhou 6” and so on. Also, during his service in technical section of Guangzhou Salvage, Mr. Chen Zanyuan had been in charge of business negotiation and engineering management of large-scale equipment lifting, barging of heavy cargo and maritime towing projects etc. exemplified by lifting and barging contract negotiation, management and settlement of operation of large-scale equipment from 6 electricity factories in Guangdong and some structures of single-point projects in Wenchang and Xijiang and other problem handling and coordination in the process of negotiation and execution of a series of maritime business salvage.
